You should go back and read all the discussion about this subject. I think
you will find that Stefan has made his position and wishes known and I don't
see how Vern's efforts could in any way be considered poaching. I for one am
relieved that the list will survive and due to newer technologies that, as I
understood Stefan his server could not take advantage of because of age of
equipment might actually be better. Lighten up - life is too short to sweat
the small stuff.

As a long time list member with a conscience, I think that any action to
enlist members from this list, before giving the owner of this live-aboard
list a chance to reply is not acceptable.
I am very surprised that more of the members do not speak up.
Where is the loyalty to Stephan?
This list is working fine at this time and waiting to get his input will not
kill anyone. What is the rush??
If you use his list to advertise yours and then enlist members for
yours....it is completely unethical.
If that is the way it goes...I will not participate.
Exercise some patience and wait for Stephan to reply. Trying to do this
without his knowledge makes me wonder what is to be gained by the organizer
of the movement.

I think the final descision is that everyone will resign
up. I will send out instructions.
As far as the replying goes on the new list when you hit
reply it goes back to the list not the person who sent it.
