Vern,
I was one of the first ones to vote no on Yahoo, but I think you have the
cart before the horse here. You are to be congratulated for your effort and
I sincerely appreciate that you would want to take care of the list so that
it can continue on, but........what does Stefan have to say. I think we owe
him that for the years he has put in here and for creating this place for us
all to meet and discuss our subjects.
I made this public because it affects us all. Any takeover/re-joining could
split the list and I don't want that to happen.
The list is still functioning as it always has and I think this discussion
has more ground to cover.
Do you disagree?

This is not a hostile takeover by any means. In fact if
Stefan wants to be an admin or moderator on the new list I
would be more than happy to give him access.
The only purpose is for us to have a place to go other
than Yahoo when Stefan can no longer support the list.
