    The simplest way to check if there is a leak is :
    have a light bulb in a socket with the to wires
    or a test light.
    Disconnect the Positive (+) cable from the battery in use
    and touch the first wire to the terminal and
    the second wire to the red cable that you disconnected.
    If the lightbulb goes on there is a leak somewhere in the system.
    Check also for melted wires because of the high current.
