    Dow Corning 739 seems to be the sealant of choice. One source: Ellsworth adhesives http://www.ellsworth.com/display/productlisting.html?vendorID=138&productLineID=&subCategoryID=&PageNumber=8&Tab=Vendors Sikaflex is a polyurethane adhesive and might be more permanent than one would want. GE Silicone II is probably OK. I bedded some plexiglass panels several years ago with somebody's silicone caulk. It caused significant deterioration of the plastic. Be sure that the manufacturer specifies that the material is compatible with your portlight material.
