Have had mine for 19yrs. mounted on the stern rail ALL THE TIME, never
stored away.
Never has the cover blown off. Not even for 27 hrs of 65mph winds in T/S
Ernesto last yr.
I run a hose fr the boat propane supply to it to cook and in 19 yrs we
have used it a lot. Did replace the screen on which the fake charcoal sits.
so I made my own fr SS
My only complaint is that they cost too much!!!!! But it sure has lasted a
long time.
The cheap cloth cover went away the second yr and was never replaced.
As always YMMV, from the responses , this is so True.
