I posted this to the Caliber list and thought I would try here too.

Caliber 33 hull #1 is reluctantly for sale.
I am physically unable to sail her or maintain her the way I should due
to severe arthritis so I am listing her first on the Caliber list and
then if need be with a broker .

Trillium II has every factory option available in 1985 that Caliber
offered. This includes a 5 KW Universal diesel generator. Other
    equipment includes:
    12000 Btu Marine Air
    Microwave/convection oven
2 burner Origo alky/electric range top
Jabsco electric head with ~20 gal. holding tank
    Pressure water
    Electric/engine coolant water heater
Adler/Barbour system in 8 cu. ft. icebox- will make ice in Texas heat!
    Garmin 182 gps/chart plotter
    VHF radio
    Stowe Knot/Log and depth
    Yanmar 3gm30 27 hp diesel
    3 Batteries (2 Engine-house/1 Generator)
    2 Bank battery Smartcharger
    Link battery monitor system
    35 gal. fuel
    75 gal. water
    Delta and CQR anchors
Achilles 8 ft. inflatable with cover
    Bimini over cockpit
    Roller furling jib
Harken battcar system on main with lazy jacks and jiffy reefing
    Wire luff Yankee/heavy weather jib
All the normal winches etc. with mostly new running rigging
    Lines led aft to cockpit
Electric windlass mounted aft for kedging or mast climbing
Some spares including alternator, belts etc.
    Lines, fenders, life jackets etc.

Trillium II was a freshwater boat until I brought her down from Lake
Huron 3 years ago so she has minimal if any corrosion associated with
    saltwater boats.
    Pictures can be seen at:

    http://home.earthlink.net/~bob_fitz

Greyhound does not come with boat- too top heavy 8-)
Not all items in pictures come with boat.

    The negatives:
As can be seen in the pictures she has a dark blue gel coat hull which
has faded at this point. I used rubbing compound and wax 3 years ago and
brought up the shine as seen in the before(lift) and after(slip) pics-
same needs to be done again.
The PO used Cetol on all the exterior teak. I do not like the Cetol look
and have let most of it weather off so I could sand and varnish properly.
Bow has been prepped with backing plates etc. and cut out for Lofrans
windlass which was stolen form my truck before I got to install it.

    USCG Documented vessel.

Boat is located in marina on Clear Lake, Tx. near Houston.

I might do some owner financing with LARGE down payment.

Please direct all questions to me off list.

    Bob
