We got foam from a local supplier (Baltimore) who didn't charge
anything to cut it into shape. We ordered different densities for the
two sides of the aft cabin berth because I like a boardlike mattress
and Bob likes a softer one. IIRC it was something like $60. We drove
up and he cut it to the measurements while we waited.
Note - not a marine supply house.
