The only thing you missed was one gentleman who had ordered upholstery foam
blocks online at J.C. Penny and then glued them together in the desired
shape for significantly less than custom cut from their local supplier. I
didn't know you could even order foam from J.C. Penny. Also several
suggestions to try Sailrite (which I have done in the past with nothing but
excellent customer service and prompt shipping).
