What do you mean by "leaks in the water".
Are you referring to AC or DC.
Concerning your propeller is only your own for the 99.9999999999%
of the time and that can be looked after by a cheap anode zinc.
If you want to avoid that then you should unhook any battery connection
to your engine and such so you eliminate your part of the 99.999999%.
as for muscle lock up on AC in the marina waters you are smidgen in the
vast Ocean of life and fish will stick their tongue out first, remember
docks in the majority of time are made out of treated wood or plastic.
The marinas liability insurance will cover the rest, maybe.
Now, time for a cold drink.
