lv-ab: Test for electical faults in marina?

    Anyone have a method for testing to see if there are electrical leaks into
    the waters in a marina?

    I mean, apart from:
    a) jumping in and seeing if your muscles lock up.
    b) waiting a few months then hauling to see if you have a prop left.
