For some bizarre and wonderful reason, West Marine is offering Lifesling man overboard products at a lower price than Defender. This is a sale that I would take advantage of if I needed a MOB device. I would not buy the offered block and tackle though as I could assemble one at lower cost. If you do not want to do that, buy the one with 5:1 purchase.
