Hello all - I'm bringing a boat back from Puerto Rico
and it has a new Yaesu 857 SSB and SGC tuner - but we
can't get Herb on it, all we get is a TX Error message
when we key the mike. The company that sold this unit
to the owner, Radio World in Toronto, has been of very
little help - keep that in mind, you Canucks who need
radio gear - I've had problems there too.
Not sure what is wrong, but it appears that the unit
was not modified to receive maritime bands. Does
anyone have the diagrams or info we need, or the email
of someone in Puerto Rico who can help with this?
