Good idea. Lets ban having any engine on board a boat. that should keep
the riff raff ashore.
Those people who can't sail a boat on and off a dock or mooring will
simply have to stay ashore. <VBG> and not having a genset on board wil keep
away the wimps who insist on air conditioning and ice cubes for their
drinks.
