There is more methane trapped in the hydrate beds, under the worlds
oceans, than we will ever need. Not to mention the undiscovered, but
suspected vast oil fields of the artic.
Can you imagine in 15 years we won't have an Artic ice cap in the
summer? This will allow drilling in the Artic again!
IMHO the real issue is the burning of ANY fossil fuel.
Greenhouse gases are the real problem. We have to find an
alternative way to power our existance.
