You can use West Epoxy thinned. Email them and ask them the proportions that they recommend.
On their site http://www.westsystem.com/ they have a Product Guide and one idea from me is to use extra slow hardener in addition to thinner to assure penetration and dispersal prior to hardening. CPES by Smith & Company is another option made for this purpose and very thin.

Subject: lv-ab: Git rot? West system?
I've been using "git rot" from West Marine on the soft spots of the deck of my 1973 Columbia 41 sloop. I've run out mid project and am not sure if I can get more here in Bermuda. I was wondering if there was an appropriate West System product for penatrating into and reinforcing deteriorated end grain balsa. I need more than I had origially thought and want to get a gallon of the stuff - or should I continue with get rot?. Im using the hole drilling method as per the git rot instructions.
