I must make the correction we deserve, no offence.

fourth class? are the dogs and cats generally refer to as "pets"

we are fifth and below classifications. Now don't take it to heart,

there are better worlds than this place. keep hoping for the best, expect the worst.

We sailed from Lake Ontario to Key West in 2002.

Upon arrival, in the Keys, we found a concrete jungle, high docking prices, limited anchorages, police with an attitude, and hassels from the USCG in the various anchorages, not to mention the "fees" to tie up your dink at most local docks and in Key West itself, several rude bartenders.

Reminds me of the old signs in Norfolk and Little Creek, Va.

"Sailors and dogs keep off the lawn" and now keep out of our waters!
