    We had a Lavac in daily use, two people, for 10 years without one problem.
    Then replaced a pump diaphragm caused by a design fault which was corrected
    in the next model. I highly recommend it. Simple is better. Pump, bowl -
    lid and gasket. Just don't stand on the lid.
