The T-0127 on the web page you refer to is not it.

Mine appeared to be designed to supply 240 vac from a 120 volt supply. The
primary is a 120 vac winding with some taps at one end to provide some
compensating for voltages not exactly 120 volts by selecting one of the
taps and the secondary was center tapped 240 vac output. I normally use
it hooked up backwards with the 240 vac side attached to my genset to
provide a balanced load to my genset while powering my 120 volt loads, but
have used it for powering my 120 volt loads from 240 vac shoreside power
    when in boatyards.

If you call Groban and explain what you want they may be able to help.
Remember that a transformer works equally well in both directions. The big
thing is the turns ratio and the power capability.
