(Yes, there is a 'marine' content to this email)
I have just returned from a 6 week trip through the various regions of
Argentina. I found it to be an absolutely beautiful country .... with
several amazing investment possibilities.
South of the equator, December is mid Summer. They have a dry climate with
no hurricanes or tropical storms, with adequate water supplies from the
Andes snow melt.
Politically stable with a cost of living 1/2 .. 1/3 of North America, their
health care is inexpensive and more than adequate. A retiree would be very
comfortable in this country.
I found the opportunities so interesting that I will try to put together a
'fact finding' group to look at the possibilities of investment in a
vineyard, or ranch, or land or marina (our 'marine' content)
Anyone on this forum who would like to explore the potential of a Winter (or
retirement) home amid the vineyards of Mendoza or along a lake with view of
the Andes or on the Atlantic coast? How about developing a small marina on
the Atlantic coast for boaters who have to leave the hurricane area during
the northern hemisphere Summer?
At this initial stage, your ability to invest ($) is less important than
your potential interest.
Write me off line.
Peter
