Just wanted to drop everyone a quick note of thanks for all the helpful responses. The advice and information we received was almost overwhelming. We are constantly amazed by the calibre of people who populate this group.
We're going to put all of your advice to use when we visit Orlando for our week of "house-hunting" and turn it into house/marina hunting.
