well, so according toyour logic the "N word" is only offensive to some people.. no problem using it, right ?
if we have to be politically correct to drug dealers / gang member / criminal, how about extending that courtesy to the 99.99% of law abiding not an ego trip LEOs who put their lives on the line every day
