I'm not a cop and I found it offensive. Name calling is offensive to
those who believe in reasoned discourse. There certainly are law
enforcement officers who are unprofessional bullies and the current
paranoid attitude of U.S. society gives them a freer hand in exercising
their unfortunate proclivities. However most law enforcement
professionals look upon bullies in their midst with contempt.
