Maybe I've just been lucky but at least here on the
coast of Maine I have not yet run into the type of
situations being described here nor has anyone I know.
The marine patrols and the Coast Guard, in particular,
have always been very courtious, helpful and
professional. I guess we're fortunate to sail
in a state that advertises "The way life should be".
