lv-ab: Message too long for list part two

I split the "Melbourne's Anti-Anchoring Law" into two parts and so far it has not appeared on the list. I copied it to Word and was told it had 13,181 characters including spaces so splitting it should have done the trick.

My first "Message too long for list" came through but the two-part message did not come through yet.

I'll split it into threes if it doesn't show up by tomorrow.
