It may be a moot point, folks. Florida House Bill 7175 effective July1,
2006 prohibits local governments from imposing anchoring restrictions
except in designated mooring fields or for "liveaboards" as defined
narrowly to mean vessels used for nothing except a residence. For Norm
this means he's not a liveaboard since he also uses it for
transportation and maybe fishing, recreation, etc. Reference:
