    its isn't just waterfront owners. Basically its a question of the rich
    versus the rest of the world.
    The rich feel they are entitled by virtue of their money, influence, and
    finacial power, to manipulate the rest of the world to suit their bidding.
    If you let them get away with it, it will simply reinforce their impression
    they have a right.
