    Why is it when anyone is slighted they immediately think of lawsuits?

    Sure the cop was surly and officious and it cost Norm a few hours in court
    to prove him wrong. But Norm got the justice he deserved in the end. It was
    a bit of a hassle, but to respond with a lawsuit!!!! GMAFB.
