Try these people. We have our insurance through them and, while it isn't cheap, >$2k, we're not in a hurricane area but we are going cruising in a couple months. We're covered (2% ded) for the west coast and Mexico which will take us through our first year of cruising. After that, we'll see how much it gets to be and go from there. Some day, we plan to be on the east coast and the Caribbean so here's hoping that on some level people start thinking that boat owners aren't all multi-millionaires with cash to burn.
