Due to the efficiency of Aerogel, I think you could get away with
'normal' losses.
I think the best and easiest upgrade would be a single sheet of
Aerogel on the bottom of your top load freezer. No need for 20cm (4
inches) of foam, just use 2mm (1/8th) of Aerogel
