OK, so that I am not misleading all: I have read about real issues with FG tanks and Ethanol augmented gasoline in that it seems to be attacking some tanks themselves and causing some type of tank disintegration (a really serious issue here). But never anything like this associated with Bio Diesel.

The OP had issues with the Ethanol being an aggressive solvent and loosening up junk in the tank and clogging his carb up, and that is what I was liking Biodiesel to.

So, from what I have seen, BioDiesel will clean your tanks very well, and you will need to change filters for a while. (Not a bad thing). While gasoline with Ethanol will do the same, it has also has been reported to cause some FG fuel tank issues.
