I meet women cruising with partners where the woman's skill and confidence
exceeds the male partner. The men are quite happy with this. Why wouldn't
a man be happy to have a mate that has no need to wake him on a night
crossing? A woman who can navigate? Sounds great to me! The women that I
met, in most cases had owned their own boat in the past.
