    For those of you living in, or visiting Canada, the chocolate store Laura
    Secord (a famous Canadian Heroess) (I can't spell Heroin) sells gobs of
    crystallized ginger. Unfortunately, they cover it in light or dark chocolate
    ... but that can be dealt with.

    I also have a recipe for home made ginger beer, that I will post if there
    are enough requests. It will take a bit of effort to write it out, and I am
    busy outside practicing for the porta-bote challenge.
