    My thoughts exactly - it also depends on how long you've had it folded
    up. When ours has been tied closed for a considerable period it takes
    two of us - one to hold it open and one to insert the seats. That
    part doesn't take long, but screwing it all together takes us longer.
    Perhaps there is a newer model than ours (we bought it 2nd hand) which
    doesn't have so many screws to be done up. Ours is a double ended one
    -there's no transom per se.
