    horse hooey ??
    Those are fighting words Tom

    >But there is NO WAY you can assemble one from folded to full in "1-2

Then maybe I am doing it the wrong way, because that is how much time it
takes me. Take off the loops of restraining rope, and it pops half open,
use the wooden bar to open it fully, slide the 2 seats into their brackets,
drop the transom into its slot, plop on the two tubes to keep the top of the
transom against the skin of the boat, plop the nose cone on??

I am not saying that includes clearing off the trampoline (mine's a cat) or
untying it from the stanchions or getting the seats out from under the
fenders or sliding it into the water, or finishing off my coffee and putting
the rum bottle away, but I really think I can set mine (8') up in less than
    two minutes.

    Peter
