    I also like the Stugeron, it is available in Bahamas, Turks & Caicos & DR, probably BVIs as it is a British medicine. It does cause some drowsiness. I try to take it a few hours before starting out, then I am clear headed again for the harbor exit. Plain Stugeron is 15mg, "Forte" is 75mg, 15-30mg is enough for most any sea.
    Another good trick if you are already sick is to chew, but not swallow, Dramamine Original formula chewable.

      What I've read so far MAY work for minor nausea or to get rid of that queasy feeling, but to get rid of the dry heaves caused from emptying your stomach by repeated bouts of seasickness, I swear by Stugeron Forte. You can't get it here in the states, but you can get it in Mexico, and other places abroad, I'm sure.
