    believe it or not lemons or lemonaide work for some
    people. I don't know why it just does. I tried it when I
    was out on a fishing boat on a trip that was very rough
    and it worked for me. I ususally don't have probelms with
    that though. How bad it is sailing really depends on the
    boat. Cats don't tend to be as rough because of the way
    they take waves. You get front to back motion but no side
    to side motion.
