I cannot disagree more.
I use power tools almost exclusively because they provide the muscle while
I provide the guidance. Hand tools require that I do the labor which
detracts from the energy and concentration left over for the guidance.
Just try drilling a 1/4" hole in a hunk of stainless with a hand drill.
