i keep hearing a lot of positive things on Snaker River gauges...
for my holding tank, I have a Sealand Tankwatch III. Not bad, it uses 3
rods of various lengths with small floats that slide up an down about an
inch over a reed switch inside the rod, at the end. pretty reliable
although after a few years calcium build up and debris can prevent the float
from moving. I took it out last week to clean it, not the most pleasant
thing to do but no big deal when the tank is empty. disconnect the
multiplug, unscrew the 3" plug, lift the whole thing out, into a bucket,
clean and resintal.
i have mechanical gauges on the water and fuel tanks, havne't bothered
upgrading but if i do, I'll probably go for the snake river gauges.
