    Steve,

    Tank Tenders do not have any inside float arms or anything inside the tank
    but a length of stiffened plactic tubing reaching almost to the bottom of
    the tank.

    It works through air pressure being injected into the tank via a small
    manual pump.

    Only problem I have had in previous installations is accessing top of tank
    to tap the small hole needed to thread in the connector. I have installed
    them in aluminium and fiberglass tanks.
