Hello All,
Well after last week's ram test failure (a whole
BUNCH of errors during a 4 hour test) I installed
my new RAM sticks Sunday. I ran a 6 hour RAM test
last night (2100 to 0300) and had ZERO errors.
I have been running my computer for 5 hours now,
watching TV and doing email and stuff without any
more problems.
So it looks as though I was right, the
self-resetting was caused by the bad RAM, and I
now have a reliable PC once again.
If I get any resets in the next few days I will
report them, but at this point I am all grins.
