is this the 2002 Bicentennial edition?
That is what is written on the cover of my electronic edition...

I downloaded it yesterday and would be happy to make it available on
CD to anyone interested.
The $10 fee will cover my costs of the CD, envelope, mailing etc.
Please understand that I am not selling the information, that is
available free of charge on the NGA website. However ... there are 75
files to download (35Meg), all the files must me re-named in order to
have them appear in sequential rather than alpha-numeric form etc. It
took me over 3 hours to get it right.
