I have VNS 7.1.900 running on XP the NOAA BSB charts integrates very well.

I very much want to be able to use these free
charts! I will be buying Nobletec's Visual
Navigation Suite Version 7.X as I use Windows 98SE
and the new version 8 won't work for me.
Does anybody on this list use VNS? Have you been
able to use these free downloaded charts?
