First off, thanks to everyone who replied to the 44' Monk McQueen
question. While it was a nice boat, it needed quite a bit of work and
I didn't really fall in love with its layout, so I passed on it.
Two other boats I am going to be looking at are :
39' Chen Hwa - 1980 (which is almost identical design to another
boat I lived on, a 39' Hudson in Europe)
I've seem to recall I've heard rumblings before about Chen Hwa and
Taiwanese made yachts from the 80s in general, so would appreciate
any feedback.
45' C&L Pilothouse trawler - 1978
The broker says this needs a "some clean up and repairs to Pilothouse
windows" and I get the feeling there may be other issues, but it does
have some charm from when I walked by it on the docks the other day.
Would appreciate any feedback people have and if I'm pushing
providence asking for all this advice, please just let me know... =}
Thanks,
Daryl.
