I've used Tropical Shipping (www.tropical.com) to ship a partial pallet of
things to Trinidad and was very pleased. They sail from Miami once a week to
most of the Caribbean islands. It was quite economical. I think some friends
used Tropical to ship things to their boat in the Virgins, but I'm not sure
if they shipped to the USVIs or BVIs.

I am purchasing a Leopard 38 catamaran that will remain in a charter fleet
in Tortola, BVI. I need to provide an outboard for the dingy, and have an
extra in Ithaca, NY. Is there any economical way to ship an outboard to
Tortola?
