     Hi All,
Well I woke up Monday morning at 12:15 and found
myself in quite a bit of pain. My lower gut felt
like there was a knife twisting in it.
I got my neighbor Mary Ann to take me to the
emergency room that night after she got off of
    work.
     The diagnosis was Diverticulitis.
Like I didn't have enough trouble already.
The people at the hospital told me I had to watch
my diet, but when I asked what not to eat they
said, and I'm NOT kidding, "look it up on the
    internet".
Of course we all know that everything one finds
on the internet is absolutely reliable
information, but I just thought I would check on
the list and see if anybody could pass along any
    information.

So, does anybody have a list of food items to
    avoid?
Try to keep in mind that until February I have no
teeth, so I wasn't going to be eating any nuts
anyway ( they did say no nuts or things with seeds
    like strawberries).
     Thanks,
