They are HP cartridges.
I have a 2710, got it in USA, but use it here in Ankara.
Local cartridges will not work here.

As for the contacts to mask, I hear you learn that when you buy a
refill kit....
I would love to learn which ones they are because I get the cartridges
refilled locally.
