We were talking about whether or not people who live
in flood zones and then get flooded out have a right
to insist that all the rest of us subsidize their
choice of house location and the periodic rebuilding
of their houses.
I'm saying no, we shouldn't, because those people have
the choice to live in places that don't have those
flooding problems.
I have no idea what you are talking about or how we
got there from here. :-)
