    Actually the FEMA support in times of disaster does apply to boats under
    certain circumstances.
    After hurricane HUGO we qualified for a $1500 cash payment and $75,000 SBA
    loan at 3% because our boat was our primary dwelling.
    If you are a live-aboard in a declared disaster area YOU are covered too.
    Don't neglect your opportunity even if it is supported by taxes from some
    farmer in Utah.
