There's plenty of room in other parts of the country
that don't have these problems.

So Dick, you want us to send a fair share of these poor deadbeats up to your
part of the country?
I'll vote for that idea, instead of adding them to our local welfare rolls.
Seems many of them think Houston is the golden goose and don't plan to
leave. If they are willing to work, they are welcome to stay. But those
who just want more Section 8 like they had in New Orleans need to be spread
across a larger geographic area because we can't afford them.
