    I see.

So living 200 miles inland, getting hammered by Hurricane Hugo and
sustaining over $25,000.00 worth of damage to my home should NEVER be paid
for again in yet ANOTHER hurricane?

By your way of thinking that's what would happen to ME.

Now, HOW FAR inland do you think I will have to move to stay out of harm's
    way?

If I go TOO FAR inland I'm in tornado alley - better move from there as
    well, huh!

If I go TOO FAR north I'm in ice storms - can't get paid more than once for
a stupid move there either, huh.

Too far west? My own fault for moving where there's fires and no water -
    stupid me, huh.

Further west? Damn earthquakes will get me sooner or later even in Colorado
    or Kansas. Dumb move again.

Hey wait! What if I build on a sand bar. Great idea, then I can
permanently CAMP and tents are cheap, right?

Got it! Thank you for helping me to decide that I will live out my days in
a damn TENT. No insurance payments to worry about and if my ass gets blown
away so much the better, for you! Right?

    Get real.

    Tom
